Mais is a single entity pertubuhan perbadanan (a body corporate) by Seksyen 5 (1) Enakmen Pentadbiran Islamic Religious (Selangor State) 2003.
In the first Mac in 2005, Pentadbiran Courant treasury Arrangement (BPB) have been moved from the Selangor Islamic Religious Position (Jais) to Mais and was passed by Mesyuarat Mais on 14 April 2005.
This alienation is the will keep the designation Seksyen 81 (3) Enakmen Pentadbiran Islam (Selangor State) 2003 which states the power to mentadbir bahawa Mais and entitled to all money and property treasury.
