Senior Design & Proposal Engineer (Selangor – Seri Kembangan)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible to perform details design calculations for pressure vessels, heat exchanges, tanks etc.
- Perform heat transfer calculations for heat exchanges and air coolers for equipment sizing and specifications.
- Prepare equipment material specification and material take offs.
- Responsible for tender preparation
- Prepare cost data base for unit pricings, and cost estimation using proper estimation methodology.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals for clients RFQ or ITB
Requirements:
- Degree/ Diploma in Material/Chemical/Mechanical Engineering
- Possess at least minimum 5 years of Design experience in various Static Equipment
- Familiar with the standards and good engineering practices of international oil companies, in addition to international codes such as ASME/ANSI , PD 5500, API-650/620, NACE, EN and ISO
- Mature and Responsible
Expeditor (Selangor – Seri Kembangan)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Inspection & Expediting of project materials from Purchase Order stage to delivery.
- Responsible for vendor shop inspections and qualifications.
- Responsible for monitoring vendor planning and control of production.
- Responsible for assuring quality control, testing and inspections by vendors with compliance to specifications and codes.
- Coordinate with forwarders, shippers for timely delivery of project materials.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering.
- At least 5 years experience in similar capacity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to read, write and speak English fluently.
- Able to travel to overseas
Senior Buyer/ Buyer (Selangor – Seri Kembangan)
Responsibilities:
- The candidate will be responsible to prepare overall procurement plan for project materials, material tracing, sourcing materials from approved vendors, expediting materials delivery and evaluation of vendor.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering or any technical disciplines
- At least 5 years experience in procurement and expediting of engineering items i.e. values, fittings , pipes, structural steel, equipments, etc.
- Experience in oil , gas and petrochemical industry essential.
- Possess strong negotiation, sourcing and cost planning skills .
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Trade Assistant (Selangor)
Responsibilities:
- Responsile for operating the day-to-day activities in Treasury Department such as:
- Processing Letter of Credit application and Inward Import Document for HQ and its subsidiaries. Ensure shipping documents extended to Logistic Dept within time.
- Prepare Bank Guarantee Application for submission to bank.
- Responsible for Fund request, Fund Transfer for Charges/Commission & Key-in journal entries and updating data entry record in database system for Cash Management Monthly Reporting.
- Ensure compliance of company policy.
Requirements:
- Diploma/ Certificate or any Trade Finance related qualifications
- Knowledge and experience on Trade Products will be an added advantage.
- At least 1-3 year(s) of related working experience
- Applicants must be willing to work in Seri Kembangan.
- Computer literate.
- Candidate must be committed and willing to learn new task and be able to work independently.
- Candidates who were previously from Trade Finance hubs or Regional Trade Finance centers are encouraged to apply.
