Senior Purchasing Executive (Based in Subang Jaya, Selangor)
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all purchasing activities including evaluating suppliers delivery performance
- Liaise with oversea/local shipments on import matters
- Knowledge of MRP and shipping
- Develop/implement purchasing policy and procedures
- Preparation of reports
Requirements:
- Possess Diploma or Degree in any field
- At least 5 years working experience preferably in Purchasing/Material/Supply Chain/Logistic
- Proficiency in English (written & spoken)

Sales Executive (PJ) (Based in Subang Jaya, Selangor)
Responsibilities:
- To achieve company sales target.
- To contact and open Hospital Account.
- To feedback market information of competitors’ activities to the Management.
- To build up good rapport and working relationship with dealers and Dept. Store buyers.
- To assist in guiding, motivating and training sales promoters.
- To work with sales promoters at the counters especially during SALES period so as to give spiritual and practical support to them.
- To sell the complete range of the company’s products to all outlets and to defend the Company’s interest in the market place.
- To develop and open potential outlets for our products.
- To co-operate and work closely with other sales staff so as to produce team result.
- To prepare sales and promotion analysis.
- To provide other assistance to the sales department, if necessary.
Requirements:
- Required skills: Computer literate and familiar with MS Office

- Form 5 with 5-12 months sales experience

Responsibilities:
- Incoming Inspection
- Process Inspection
- Document Control
- Assist in preparation of report, procedure and quality document
- Control of Quality Records

Requirements:
- SPM
- 1-2 years working experience in related field
- Those without experience will be given training

Assistant Marketing Manager (Subang Jaya) (Based in Subang Jaya, Selangor)
Responsibilities:
- Acting in liaison between marketing vendors, regional office marketers for smooth implementation of projects
- Planning and coordination of trade and promotion activities
- Adaptation and implementation of regional initiatives for Domestic Trade
- Liaise closely with sales team on trade promotions, launch executions and keeping abreast of marketing intelligence
- Ensure effective distribution of products and familiarity with different distribution and operational processes
- Management and coordinate local sales & marketing activities, events i.e. exhibitions, seminars & road shows
- Develop and coordinate Domestic Trade Collaboration, sales partnership and sponsorship program
- Development of sales and marketing, trade collaterals for Domestic market
- Management and liaison for Domestic media and advertisements

Requirements:

Accounts Assistant (Based in Subang Jaya, Selangor)
Responsibilities:
- Assist in financial reporting package and product costing
- Assist in audit and tax inquiries and schedules
- Accounts Payable and payments processing and petty cash
- Cheque issuance and bank remittance, verify expense claims
- Assist in consignment reports data entry and sales revenue reports for royalty purposes
- Maintenance of fixed asset register and fixed asset tagging
- Ensure proper filing of documents related to company’s financial
- Any other ad-hoc matters assigned by the manager.
Requirements:
- LCCI / Diploma / Degree, Part/Full professional qualification
- Required skills: Computer literate and familiar with MS Office
