Suruhanjaya Perkhidmatan Awam Negeri Selangor (SPN Selangor) was established in 1960 in accordance with Chapter 10 Clause 97 (9) of Law 1959 Constitution of Selangor. As the Disciplinary Authority, the Commission has jurisdiction to consider and decide the case breach of discipline with the purpose of punishment or demotion to dismissal. However, the Commission may pass a lighter sentence.
