The Suruhanjaya Perkhidmatan Air Negara (SPAN) or the National Water Services Commission is the national regulatory body for the water and sewerage industry for the Peninsular Malaysia and Wilayah Persekutuan Labuan. The Commission operates under a legislative framework defined in the Suruhanjaya Perkhidmatan Air Negara Act 2006 (Act 654) and the Water Services Industry Act 2006 (Act 655).

Customer Service Assistant
Selangor - Cyberjaya
Responsibilities:
- This position will be responsible to manage the front desk and reception area, take incoming telephone enquiries on problems or complaints, attend to incoming mails and coordinate courier service timely, attend to visitors and ensure visitors' log book is updated and assist in other administrative functions.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM
- 2-3 years working experience as receptionist or front office assistant.
- Able to operate the telephone PABX or other similar systems.
- Pleasant tone of voice and personality.
- A good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English is essential, both spoken and written.
- IT literate and proficient in MS Ofiice application.
Personal Assistant ( Secretarial )
Selangor - Cyberjaya
Responsibilities:
- This position will provide administrative support to the divisions/ region including but not limited to, answering and managing incoming phone calls, managing hard copy and online calendars, scheduling meetings, appoinments and travel arrangements, establishing and maintaining a comprehensive office filing system and preparing, editing, faxing documents and correspondence.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Secretarial Studies, Office Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 2-3 years of working experience performing the secretarial administrative duties.
- Able to maintain confidentiality with high level of integrity, commitment and initiative.
- Pleasant personality and possess good communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills.
- Computer literate especially in Microsoft Office applications.
- A good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English is essential, both spoken and written.
- Must be willing to work at Cyberjaya.
