SALES EXECUTIVE
Key Responsibilities include:
- Servicing of all facets of the project / retail segment of the Commercial / Residential market in the following:
- Ensure sales growth of products and systems
- Products specification, systems and solutions among key influencers (architects, developers, builders, contractors)
- Translate specifications into commercial sales through a strong representation in projects
- Strong focus on customer service
- Actively seek new opportunities to promote and generate sales, identify new projets, maintain an awareness of building activity, introduce new systems, manage collection, market and participant data
Requirements:
- A degree in a related field
- Experience in building materials is an advantage
- Proven capacity to work within a team, highly motivated, possess initiative
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to read technical drawings and competent in Microsoft Office applications
- Possess own transport and willing to travel within Malaysia
MARKETING ANALYST
Key Responsibilities include:
- Responsible for the preparation of monthly marketing reports and detailed analysis of sales and market trends
- Review and implement monthly management reporting to assist with strategy development and execution
- Support medium and long-term business planning through provision of data analysis and modelling
- Assist with marketing led promotions and events
Requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or professional qualification in a business or financial discipline
- Advanced Excel skills a must, with the ability to create and analyse reports
- Highly motivated and willing to challenge themselves to achieve the company’s objectives and goals
- Proactive, people orientated with strong interpersonal skills
FRONTLINE
Key Responsibilities include:
- Handle incoming phone calls professionally and courteously
- Meet and greet visitors, deal with their enquiries and provide directions
- Manage mail and courier services
- Provide administrative support as and when assign.
Requirements:
- Possess good telephone etiquette with a pleasant voice
- Self-motivated, customer service oriented and diligent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience in the Frontline would be an advantage
