Responsibilities :
- Establish annual audit & compliance programme covering corporate engineering, projects, fleets and offshore operations.
- Plan, conduct and produce reports based on the approved audit & compliance programme.
- Lead all audits, opening and closing meetings with auditees and/or heads of departments/project managers.
- Gather preliminary information on audit areas prior to audit execution.
- Produce monthly statistical reports.
- Review all audit findings from auditors & compliance team in development of creative, practical and cost-effective recommendation for improvement.
- Participate in communication of information to the management of the auditable areas.
- Take on other tasks related to QA as instructed by the supervisors.
Requirements :
- Degree in Engineering.
- QMS 9001 Lead Auditor.
- Minimum 10 years auditing experience on ISO 9001 requirements for second party audit and internal audits, preferably strong experience in oil & gas and related industries.
- Capable to recommend best practices to improve efficiency within the companies.
- Good analytical, problem solving and people management skills.
- An effective team leader and efficient coordinator for audit & compliance team.
- Willing to travel as required.
Mechanical Supervisor (Terengganu-Kemaman)
Responsibilities :
- Assist Technical Superintendent in monitoring vessels’ expenditure against approved budget.
- Assist Technical Superintendent in carrying out PMS by attending to promptly all RO/WO from vessels after crosschecking with stock and budget.
- Assist Technical Superintendent in carrying out shore support maintenance and repairs.
- Assist Technical Superintendent in monitoring lube oil analysis and act promptly upon results.
- Develop and maintain systematic record keeping for monitoring vessels’ defects, PMS and expenditure.
- Assist Technical Superintendent in executing Class Surveys and ensure success within allocated time frame and cost.
- Assist Technical Superintendent in closing punchlist observations and findings by Charterers & 3rd Party inspectors.
- Assist Technical Superintendent on vessel dry docking and other tasks on an adhoc basis in accomplishing daily tasks.
Requirements :
- Holds at least a Certificate of Competency Marine Engineer Class 4.
- 4 years of sailing experience as an engineer onboard any type of vessel.
- Experience working onshore in a supervisory role is an added advantage.
- Able to work well in a team as well as individually.
- Able to converse and write well in the English Language.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
HR Officer/Executive (Kuala Lumpur)
Responsibilities :
- Assist in the daily end to end operations of staff employment programs from recruitment activities to onboarding.
- Respond to enquiries from candidates, managers and external recruitment agencies about the company recruitment activities and about the status of job vacancies so that interested parties are kept informed without compromising the company standards of privacy and confidentiality.
- Ensure all contract renewal information and documentation is provided to the respective line managers for decision to be made pertaining contract renewal.
- Perform administrative duties and recordkeeping and any related duties as assigned.
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess a Diploma in Human Resource Management.
- 3-5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Contract & Tender Officer (Kuala Lumpur)
Responsibilities :
- Assist Sales & Marketing Manager in market survey, ITB preparation and submission.
- Create sales orders and PR on SAP system.
- Support and administer daily operation duty.
- Prepare spot charter tender for submission as requested with least supervision.
- Accountable to maintain proper data/records for safekeeping and ease retrieval.
- Generate and update multiple reports.
Requirements :
- A law degree holder.
- Experience in contract/tender preparation and support works.
- Knowledgeable of SAP system and Microsoft applications.
- Strong proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia languages.
- An independent, discipline, meticulous and creative team player.
- Excellent interpersonal skills in liaising with internal and external parties.

Compliance Supervisor (Labuan)
Responsibilities :
- Monitor and ensure vessels’ Computerized Planned Maintenance System (BASSnet PMS) is well accomplished by all vessels through daily ship-shore replications.
- Train and ensure that vessels’ top 4 are conversant with BASSnet PMS at all times. To conduct re-training onboard vessel when found necessary.
- Monitor and ensure quality report writing and input in vessels’ BASSnet PMS by vet through each submissions.
- Monitor and report parts consumed and inventory of each vessels through BASSnet. To conduct stock check onboard at fix intervals.
- Assist Technical Superintendents to ensure PMS is well executed timely and effectively.
- Monitor and report lube oil usage by each vessel through requisitions, consumption records and routine analysis.
- Monitor and ensure vessels are fully compliant with statutory, flag, class and client/charterers rules, regulations and requirements at all times.
- Monitor and ensure fuel consumption by each vessel is within design and contracted figures at all times. To conduct fuel survey when necessary.
- Monitor, review and report on vessel positions and activities through online Vessel Tracking and CCTV recording.
- Share roles, responsibilities and objectives of the Operations Department.
Requirements :
- Diploma in IT and/or Certificate of Competency Marine Engineer Officer Class 4 or higher.
- Knowledgeable of the different types of Offshore Support Vessels.
- Sound Computer knowledge and adept in using computerised Planned Maintenance System.
