ASSISTANT CATEGORY MANAGER – FOOD
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the implementation of high quality fresh food and locally sourced beverages products
- Monitor and analyze product data by reviewing sales, return on investment and profit and loss
- Lead competitive product reviews such as tasting and competitive shopping
- Prepare communications, spreadsheet analysis and product specifications to support the implementation of new marketing programs and products
Requirements:
- Diploma in Culinary Arts or Hotel Management
- 3-5 years experience with at least 2 years in supervisory or similar level (Chef de Partie or Product Development). Preferably with Ready-to-Eat (RTE) pastry and dessert background
- Sound analytical skills and an intermediate user of Excel spreadsheet
- Able to work independently and in a team
SHIFT SUPERVISORS
Requirements:
- At least 1 year supervisory experience
- Willing to work on shifts and weekends
