1. Credit Administration Officer

Requirements:
i) Min Education Qualification
  • LL.B (Hons) Degree in Law

ii) Relevant Experience Required
  • Call to the bar as an advocate and solicitor of Malaysia;
  • Has at least 3 years experience working as legal assistant in legal firm or as legal officer in any company/institution related to conveyancing matters, loan documentation, legal drafting and legal advisory as well vetting legal documents and managing loan/financing documentation.

iii) Other Skills Required
  • Advisory skill, negotiation skill, conveyancing skill, legal drafting and legal research

iv) Competencies
  • Has good vetting skills and convincing in dealing with lawyer.
  • Good in legal drafting and legal advisory.
  • Dedicated and very determined in carry out duties and responsibilities.
  • Ability to verify discrepancies and resolve legal issues.
  • Ability to work in a team with minimum supervision.
  • Knowledgeable in Banking and Securities Law, Islamic Banking Law, Land Law, Company Law, Bankruptcy Law and Law of Contract
  • Able to assist the Section Head Documentation and be the strong support to Documentation Section

2. Senior Executive, Process Improvement, Compliance & Job Specification

Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • Have a basic experience in auditing / operational risk management / quality assurance.
  • Involve in project management as the project team member.
  • Knowledge and able to use Microsoft Project & Microsoft Visio.
  • Able to apply risk management method for business process improvement purposes.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
  • 3 - 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.

3. Executive, HR Employee Relations / OSHA

Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Human Resource Management or Public Management (major in Organization Management & Human Resource) or equivalent.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.

4. Executive, Head Office & Investigation Audit

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accountancy or equivalent.
  • Having certified professional qualification such as Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certificate in Internal Auditing for Financial Institutions (CIAFIN)would be added advantages.
  • Minimum 3 years with related experience preferably in head office auditing and banking operation.
  • Knowledge of auditing, risk management, management and corporate governance concepts, relevant regulatory guidelines mainly on BNM/GPs, internal audits standards & practices, and Islamic Banking would be an added advantage.
  • Ability to gather, analyze and evaluate facts and to prepare and present concise oral and written reports.
  • Ability to maintain current knowledge of developments related to business matters of interest to internal audit and new auditing techniques and practices.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with high proficiency in verbal and written English &Bahasa Melayu.
  • Strong analytical skills and able to evaluate, form logical conclusions and reason with facts
  • Good work attitude, flexible, able to work independently and willing to take on challenges.

5. Senior Executive, IT Architecture and Planning

Requirements:
  • A recognised degree in Information Technology or Computer Science from reputable university
  • A minimum of 5 years working experience in related field preferably in Banking/Financial Services
  • Possess excellent communication and presentation skill in English and Bahasa Melayu both verbal and written.
  • Good team player analytical, high intergrity and ethics value, creative in seeking information, facts and data with good interpersonal skills with positive attitude
  • Able to work under pressure and independently with minimal supervision
  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status

6. IT RIsk Analyst

Requirements:
  • A recognised degree in Information Technology or Computer Science from reputable university
  • Advantage for Certified Risk Professional holders
  • A minimum of 5 years working experience with exposure in operational risk management or risk based audit. Preferably specialising in operational supporting for Banking/Financial Services
  • Strong analytical and knowledgeable of internal control concepts and comprehensive risk management and auditing theory and techniques
  • Possess excellent communication and presentation skill in English and Bahasa Melayu both verbal and written. Experience in organising and facilitate training will be an added advantage
  • Good team player analytical, high intergrity and ethics value, creative in seeking information, facts and data with good interpersonal skills with positive attitude
  • Able to work under pressure and independently with minimal supervision
  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status
