We are now accelerating our transformation journey and we are looking for highly dynamic professionals who are results driven to join us in the following positions:

1. SENIOR ASSOCIATE, HICOM MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (HMS)

Responsibilities:
  • To monitor the implementation of PosMel QIT/ICC programme.
  • Responsible to coach on QIT/ICC activities.
  • To monitor the implementation of PosMel Autonomous Maintenance Programme.
  • To extend ISO 9001:2008 to non ISO offices (Adopt & Adapt)
  • To ensure all necessary documentation related to ISO is being reviewed and documented.
  • Any other duties/responsibilities as assigned by the company from time to time
  • To perform site visits, where necessary

Requirements:
  • A recognized degree in Business or equivalent.
  • Basic knowledge in QIT/ICC, QMS, 5S, VM, Autonomous Maintenance and Lean Thinking.
  • Well versed with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel applications.
  • Good analytical skills.
  • Possess strong interpersonal, communication and writing skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Able to communicate well with all levels of staff and clients.
  • A person with strong discipline and high compliance.
  • Posses driving own a car and willing to travel within Malaysia.
  • Must be willing to work after office hours, as and when required.

Associate II, Risk Management
Kuala Lumpur

Responsibilities:
  • To assist in conducting risk awareness/assessment sessions at respective strategic business unit, functional departments, subsidiaries and regional offices.
  • To assist in collating reports and consolidation of risk profiles, submitted by the respective strategic business unit, functional departments, subsidiaries and regional offices.
  • To assist in monthly monitoring of management action plans.
  • To perform due diligence, where necessary.
  • To assist in preparation of Risk Management Committee, Board Audit Committee, and Board papers.
  • To assist in annual review of Risk Parameters.
  • To act as system coordinator for Enterprise Risk Management System (“ERMS”).
  • To liaise with Risk Officers of respective strategic business unit, functional departments, subsidiaries and regional offices.
  • To assist in establishing/maintaining the Group’s Business Resumption and Continuity Plan (“BRCP”)
  • To work closely with third parties in projects, as requested by the Board and management.

Requirements:
  • Bachelors Degree in Accounting or any related field.
  • Candidates with Risk Management System (Q-Radar System) experience will be an added advantage.
  • Ability to interact with all level of people.
  • Possess good communication, writing, interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Analytical, independent, hardworking and self-motivated team player.
  • Ability to achieve results and meet KPIs
