As a rapid growing Islamic Financial Services provider, we are looking for qualified, dynamics and result – oriented individual to join our team for the following position:

1. Claim Executive

Responsibilities:
  • Assist team leader in managing claims team to ensure daily operations are well managed and within the agreed Service Level with distribution channel and customer.
  • Perform claims assessment and approval on Minor claims on daily basis including monitoring, approved within authority limit & ensure claims (benefit) amount are paid within the TAT.
  • Manage customer complaints/enquiries through, email or written complaint and provide feedback/response within 24 hours.
  • Monitor and review work systems and processes for the effective and efficient operations of the section, and implementing process improvements where appropriate.
  • Assist team leader in preparing daily and monthly statistic, JNL analysis for reporting to management.
  • Involve in projects organized by Department or Company and complete the projects within the timeline.
  • Ensure section/unit complies with all regulatory (internal & external) and corporate requirements.
  • Perform any ad-hoc functions as requested by Section Head or Department Head.

Requirements:
  • A degree in Insurance and Risk Management or any field related to Insurance or Takaful, preferably with Science background.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of basic life products (inclusive of its functionalities/technicalities) and operational processes on claim is an advantage.
  • Customer focused with excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to work with a positive attitude & excel under pressure.
  • Self-motivated, love challenges and working with people.
  • Articulate and proficient in both written and spoken English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office/Lotus Smart Suites application.

2. Regional Head – Agency Development

Responsibilities:

1. Sales Development
  • Monitor and supervise agency strategic action plans on 3 KPIs (Production, Recruitment & Persistency) – on the progress and control measures implemented
  • Attend to any agency doubts, concerns and problem faced by agency members and to provide solution to overcome the problem
  • Provide guidance and counseling to agency members violating Company/ Industry/Regulator’s guidelines and to enforce the prescribed guidelines among agency members
  • Provide additional motivation for agency members to raise agency morale
  • Organize and support all company’s functions
  • Continuously encourage agency members to focus on recruiting new agents
  • Encourage Agency Leaders to train-up agents for promotion to be future leaders

2. People Development
  • Implement Core-Program to encourage new agents to do well and retain them in our Company
  • Ensure that training rooms, training centers and other training facilities & equipment in your respective region are properly maintained in tip top condition
  • Able to conduct all basic courses, i.e. TBE, Sales skills, BOP and Product Training
  • Constantly upgrade one’s skill and performance
  • Provide quality training and supporting services to the agency force

3. Communication & Organization Development
  • Provide a formal platform for PBTB to disseminate information and receive feedback from agency members during agency meetings. Agency meetings can be held with individual or group basis with agent and/or leader, e.g. Winner’s Night, Qtr Challenge
  • Assist and support all launches and events organized by AD
  • Communicate and motivate by promoting Agency, Regional or PBTB’s, challenges, incentives and contest to the Agency
  • Organize and implement formal platform for interaction of agency members and building teamwork through group meetings and gatherings
  • Speak to the Agency whenever invited
  • Develop the knowledge, attitude an communication skill by modeling and inculcating PBTB’s Vision, Image of Success and the Respect Operating Culture
  • Submit weekly planning and monthly report to HOD

Requirements:
  • Degree in any related discipline.
  • Minimum 3years’ experience in sales, marketing,trainingand agency recruitment, preferably in the takaful or insurance industry,
  • Knowledge of CFP/RFP is an added advantage
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Must be self-motivated with the ability to work under minimum supervision.
  • Results oriented
