Manager, Lease & Charter Party Management picture (Kuala Lumpur)
The Job:
- Strategies and establish the Commercial Management Plan, Strategy and Processes for initiating, developing, evaluating and negotiating Commercial Contracts in pursuing floating solution and its associate work
- Develop formal contracts between MISC and Partners on Joint Venture Agreements, which include Pre-bid/Head of Agreement/Shareholders agreements
- Review and manage client contracts to ensure all contracts are professionally executed and administered to the best advantage of MISC
- Act as mediator providing directions and support to Offshore Business Unit (OBU) on commercial contractual issues/disputes as and when necessary
- Identify, plan and initiate a solution for any deadlock situation to ensure that all parties involved in the Contract are in "win-win" position
The Person:
- Degree in Business/Marketing/Law or other professional qualification
- 10 years working experience in tender and contract management/negotiations
- Exposure in oil & gas or maritime industry is an added advantage
