SALES MANAGER
- The Sales Manager plays a key role in the growth of SEA region and reports to the Sales Director.
Key Responsibilities:
- To identify. develop and grow the HIMA’s Malaysia market and other assigned market.
- To push for new growth in Oil & Gas, Petrochem and Chemical markets.
- To guide and work closely with agent/ distributor and system integrators on sales activities to ensure HIMA’s brand awareness in the market.
- To promote leads generation by targeting at endusers/ consultants and EPCs
- To maintain existing customer rapport and grow the brownfield markets
Requirements:
- Degree in Instrumentation or Electronics
- Minimum 5 years working experience in sales and marketing of Control Systems, Instrumentation or related fields in the Oil & Gas, Petrochem, Chem markets
- Proficient with MsWord, Excel. Powerpoint
- Good interpersonal skills and presentation skills
- Able to work independently
- Have a valid driving license
- Willing to travel
SALES / MARKETING SUPPORT ENGINEER
Key Responsibilities
- Act as point of contact for the client
- Preparation of proposals
- Assist in organizing & coordinating customer’s targeted seminars
- Coordinate, guide and support other departments such as project engineering and service
- Technical evaluation of inquiries
Requirements:
- Degree in Instrumentation or Electronics
- Minimum 2 years experience in Control Systems, Instrumentation or related fields
- Computer literate
- Good interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently
PROJECT ENGINEER
Key Responsibilities:
- Review project design inputs. perform detail hardware & software design
- Generate engineering documents & functional design specifications
- Develop, program & review application logics & databases with clients
- Compile material requisition lists & procure project materials
- Supervise system fabrication, testing & perform acceptance tests with clients
- Perform engineering site surveys, supervise site installation & commissioning
- Provide project based training & technical support to clients
- Utilize best engineering practices, tools & methodologies
Requirements:
- Degree in Electronics / Instrumentation engineering or equivalent
- 3-5 years’ experience in project execution of control systems or related fields
- Good interpersonal skills, self-learner & able to work independently
- Able to lead a team and willing to travel within S.E.A.
SERVICE ENGINEER
Key Responsibilities:
- Preventive & corrective maintenance of HIMA installed base
- Start-up, commissioning, installations & site surveys
- System modifications, hardware & software upgrades at site
- Review & program application logics and databases at site
- Ensure customer satisfaction & system performance at client locations in various roles
- In house telephone technical support to clients
- Assist project engineer in house with project engineering tasks
- Assist in system fabrication. testing, FAT & SAT Requirements:
- Degree in Electronics / Instrumentation engineering or equivalent
- 3-5 years’ experience as a service engineer for control systems or related fields
- Good interpersonal skills, self-leaner & able to work independently
- Willing to travel within SEA. on short notices
