Manager (Corporate Planning)
Responsibilities :
- Lead and develop the annual Business Plan process in line with Company’s strategic objectives, and drive the execution and implementation based on the initiatives laid out in the Strategic Plan
- Develop, monitor and produce timely reports and matrixes on corporate and departmental KRAs and KPIs
- Conduct industry, market and competitors analysis, gather data and undertake research assignments and evaluation
- Prepare and submit decision papers, reports, presentation materials for senior management, Board of Directors and shareholders
- Prepare monthly operational update and conduct quarterly review meetings
- Lead and manage various projects within the Company, and handle ad-hoc corporate assignments and projects, as and when required
Requirements :
- Degree in Economics, Finance, Business or related discipline. Candidates with MBA would have an advantage.
- Minimum 5 years experience in corporate strategy and planning or related field, preferably at managerial level
- Proven track record in leading corporate planning activities and driving the execution of the Company’s Strategic Plan and Business Plan
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both oral and written
- Strategic and analytical thinker, and able to multi task
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to motivate and lead teams
Manager (Safety, Health & Environment)
Responsibilities :
- Develops and manages the Business Plan for the department and annual budget
- Develops Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) plan and policies and procedures
- Directs risk assessments and designs measures to reduce risks and hazards
- Manages site inspections to ensure compliance to policies, procedures and relevant regulations
- Plans practical and effective methods, both preventive and remedial, for promoting health and safety and safe working practices
- Conducts in-house training on safety and health issues and risks
- Liaises with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with mandatory regulations
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Occupational Safety & Health or equivalent with minimum 5 years relevant working experience.
- Registered with DOSH as Occupational Safety & Health Officer
- Good leadership, strong analytical, communication as well as interpersonal skills, prudent, result-oriented and a team player.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
The remuneration package will commensurate with the qualification, knowledge, hands on experience and skills.
