R & D Manager
Job Scope :
- Products & Process improvement projects with objective of achieving quality improvement, cost reduction, productivity enhancement and waste reduction.
- Carry out evaluations on alternate suppliers & materials
- Management of Supervisors & Workers to optimize Manhour Productivity.
Requirements :
- Degree or Diploma in Chemical Engineering / Science
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a R & D Manager in managerial or supervisory position in a Manufacturing environment
- Computer literate
