Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate sales and marketing activities to achieve assigned branch’s sales targets.
- Lead, manage, coach and motivate branch sales and marketing personnel to aggressively promote and sell Consumer Banking products i.e. hire purchase, mortgages, debit cards, takaful products, etc.
- Develop, maintain and grow business relationship with existing and new customers to increase customer acquisition and profitability.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategiesto achieve higher market share in Consumer Banking.
- Oversee the branch operations and ensure compliance to all audit and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure customers are satisfied with the services provided and they are served within the established quality standards.
- Manage and control operational cost within budget.
Requirements:
- Degree/Professional qualification in any discipline.
- Must have at least 5 to 7 years working experience in Sales and Marketing of Consumer Banking products of which 2 years in managerial capacity.
- Partial / full Certified Credit Professional qualification will be an added advantage.
- Assertive and is able to communicate effectively across all levels.
- Possess good problem solving skills and customer focused disposition.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Good marketing and sales management skills.
- Self motivated and a good team player.
- Able to converse in different languages will be an advantage.
- Possess good leadership qualities.
