Contract Estimator or Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities:
- To assist in the preparation and submission of project tenders
- To prepare progress claims reports
- To liaise with suppliers/vendors/subcontractors on pricing matters
- Any other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- With minimum 3yrs working experience in Construction
- Preferably Degree, Diploma in Quantity Surveying those with experience.
- Conversant in English
- Meticulous and possess positive working attitude
- Able to multi-task and work independently
- Pleasant personality with good communication skills
- Able to commence work within short notice
