Project Manager (Civil / Environmental)
(Selangor - Petaling Jaya)
Responsibilities:
- Project management, planning, coordinating, scheduling all site activities
- Handle and preparation of technical documents, design and drawings
- Supervise and monitoring project progress from beginning to end of project life cycle
- Coordination work with contractors, sub-contractors, site supervisors and workers for project realisation
- Liaise with authorities, clients, consultants, contractors, sub-contractors and suppliers
- Cost controlling and cashflow planning, Preparation of Progress Claim & Progress Report
- Sourcing for price quotes and procurement of equipments
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Required skill(s): AutoCAD, Project Costing Estimation, Technical Design and Drawings
- Required languages (written and oral): English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia
- Fluency in all three languages is a MUST
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Good computer skills in MS Office and AutoCAD Software
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to interact with all levels of staff, and good presentation skills
- Analytical, high level of integrity, diligent, able to work independently and under pressure within tight deadline, mature leadership quality with good planning and problem solving skills.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Petaling Jaya
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status
- Possess own transport and willing to travel
