Responsibilities :
- To lead, provide guidance and monitor a team of operation staff in designated section to meet production schedule and product demand in accordance to standard set.
- To plan, organize, direct and control the production lines to ensure smooth operations in meeting products quality and productivity requirements
- To arrange manpower and production resources effectively
- Work on continuous improvement to increase productivity and to minimize rejects rates.
- Carry out lean activities as planned and benchmark all good practices to be implemented into production line
- Prepare and review daily production report on output, WIP, yield %, and attendance
Requirements :
- Diploma/Degree in technical / manufacturing/management or equivalent
- Analytical, highly motivated and able to motivate and supervise staff
- Possess strong leadership skills, responsible and ability to work under minimum supervision.
- Good analytical and problem solving skills.
- Able to achieve production schedule and high responsibility
- Hands on & able to carry out effectively in shop floor controlling
- Full-Time positions available.
