MECHANICAL ENGINEER (TO BE BASED IN BATU PAHAT) – 2 VACANCIES
Responsibilities,:
- Identify opportunities to reduce operations cost and enhance operational efficiency
- To inspect the installation, modification and commissioning of mechanical systems at industrial or project site
- Plan and execute preventive and predictive maintenance
- Develop maintenance standards, schedules and programs and provide guidance to industrial maintenance areas
- Data analysis for machine breakdown and improvement especially relating to submersible pumps
- General maintenance including scheduling personnel for services, maintaining spare parts inventory and process , monitoring
- Technical and functional supervision of staff and contractors
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent, with a minimum CGPA of 3,00 and registered with Board of Engineers Malaysia
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in Preventive Maintenance
- Experience working with vendors, contractors and plant personnel is necessary
- Must be able to diagnose, solve problem, plan and execute the maintenance plan for all plants equipments
- Good knowledge and experience in vibration analysis relating to pumps maintenance, submersible pump and mechanical seal selection and repair specification
- Ability to write and communicate proficiently in English & Bahasa Malaysia
MANAGER, CORPORATE PLANNING
Responsibilities:
- Align the annual business plan with strategic objectives
- Coordinate and align with all business and support divisions with respect to input for business planning, balance scorecards etc
- Link and integrate performance driven goals and objectives
- Coordinate the group’s corporate planning initiatives
- Develop, manage and update tools to measure performance against strategic objectives and identified organisational priorities
- Undertake initiatives to improve the financial situation of the Company through financial analysis and review
- Liaise with relevant authorities on compliance matters
- Identify trend in the industry and report its results by providing analysis on its implication and provide suggestions for improvement
- Organise and coordinate the preparation of the Annual Report
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Economics, Business Administration or its equivalent, with a minimum CGPA of 3.00
- Six to eight years of similar working experience
- Previous experience in a leading role for corporate planning
- Experience with performance management and balance scorecard approach
- Strong leadership, coordinating skill and analytical aptitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to write and communicate proficiently in English & Bahasa Malaysia
