1. Manager / Assistant Manager / Executive – Marketing, Family
Based in regional offices nationwide

2. Manager / Assistant Manager / Executive – Marketing, General
Based in regional offices nationwide

Responsibilities for positions 1 & 2:

  • To achieve assigned new and renewal production targets by planning, implementing and monitoring marketing strategies and activities
  • To monitor the sales and persistency rates of the agency force
  • To promote the full range of products in designated market segments
  • To develop a team of professional agency force by conducting meetings and training regularly
  • To support the Business Development team in managing successful delivery of pre and post campaign execution which includes new products or campaign launches via integrated marketing approach

3. Executive
Based in regional offices nationwide

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the day-to-day operations at the counter
  • Handle collection of payment from customers
  • Handle enquiry and providing information related to the company’s products
  • Provide solutions to customers

Requirements for positions 1, 2 & 3:
  • Degree in any discipline and/or ANZIIF/CII/MII qualification
  • Minimum relevant working experience: Executive – 1 year, Assistant Manager – 3 years, Manager – 5 years
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia, knowledge of Mandarin is an added advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
