Nutritional Product Trainer cum Business Development Executive (Selangor – Damansara Jaya)
Responsibilities :
- To prepare training presentations in power point and conduct product training in Mandarin and English to distributors, customers and internal staff.
- To monitor and evaluate training activities and the effectiveness of the training program.
- To strengthen the relationship, rapport, liaison and communication between the Company and distributors as well as stockists.
- To initiate and implement business development programmes including distributor recruitment & retention programmes etc.
- To prepare health & product articles for newsletter.
- To handle health / product related enquiries from distributors & customers.
Requirements :
- Degree / Diploma of relevant qualification or experience in Nutrition / Science / Food Tech / Bio-Tech / Agricultural / Bio-Industry / Bio-Medical / Marketing / Human development / Communication (Public Relations).
- Strong proficiency in Mandarin & English with good public speaking skills.
- Pleasant personality, people oriented, good interpersonal & people management skills.
- Willing to travel outstation when required (not frequently).
- Able to work on selected weekends & at night as and when necessary (not often).
- Experience in direct selling or in conducting training is an advantage.
- Fresh graduates are also welcomed to apply as training will be provided.
