MAINTENANCE ENGINEER
- Provide support to Production Engineering Manager on overall equipment maintenance system of the factory.
- To plan and supervise the external party PM schedule for all supporting equipments such as overhead cranes, forklifts and compressors and implement in-house PM program for welding machines, metal cutting machines and press brake machines.
- Responsible to prepare and maintain ISO documents related to equipment maintenance system, carrying out audit on implemented procedures and gives full support to achieve new certifications.
- To assist in the handling of improvement projects on plant / facilites maintenance, system upgrading and modification as well as new development or production line transfer projects.
- To provide engineering support to production in order to maximize the operation performance such as jig and fixture designing.
- Involve in welding machine calibration to ensure welding operation parameters are according to specification.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Applicants must be willing to work in Ipoh.
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
- Skills needed: trouble shooting on mechanical, electrical and automation faults.
- Experienced in PM programs.
- A team player with mature personality. Goal & Result-driven with ability to work under minimum supervision.
- Experience in metal cutting environment or welding machine maintenance will be added advantage.

INDUSTRIAL ENGINEER
- Provide support to Production Engineering Manager on continuous improvement of plant capacity, operation method and loss reduction
- Involve in continuous development of Lean manufacturing techniques to reduce losses and improve production performance.
- Involve in data collection and reporting system which measures inventory, downtime, quality and productivity.
- Production Lead time Reduction – Development of Lead Time Reduction plans for elimination of capacity constraints to shorten throughput times of production line.
- Using Avix (Time and method study using video) or times study to determine Standard working hours for individual operations.
- Involve in Ergonomics and Time Study on Process / Material Flows / Layouts to increase work balancing and reduce inventory or bottlenecks.
- Involve in layout design for new production line transfer or new improvement plans.
- Assist in the development of training material and provide training to production personnel during new technology transfer.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of proven track record and hands on working experience in the Industrial Engineering / Capacity Modeling areas.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Ipoh
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
- A team player with mature personality. Goal & Result-driven with ability to work under minimum supervision.
- Knowledgeable in Kanban, Lean, Value Stream Mapping (VSM) and SMED.
- Experience in serial production environment will be added advantage.
