Job Description :
- To ensure HR policies compliance and contribute to the development of corporate HR policies
- To assist Sr. Manager for mentoring. guiding and developing a team of staff
- To provide support in the selection of Recruitment
- To assist Sr. Manager to develop. refine and fine tune effective methods or cools for selection
- To prepare information and input for the salary budgets. Ensure compliance to the approved salary budget Ensure adherence to corporate guideline on salary adjustments and promotions. Coordinate increments and promotions of all staff
- To maintain and develop leading edge HR systems and processes to address the effective management of people in relation to the following in order to maintain competitive advantage for
- Performance management
- Staff induction
- Reward and recognition
- Management development / Career development – Succession Planning
- Compensation / benefits programs
- Provide counsel and assistance to employees at all levels in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures as well as relevant legislation
- Co-ordinate the design, implementation and administration of human resource policies and activities to ensure the availability and effective utilization of human resources for meeting the company’s objectives
- Counseling and guidance cell – provide support to Sr.Managers in case of disciplinary issues
- Must work independently
- Excellent communication skills
Essential Qualification And Requirement
- Degree in Human Resource Management
- Current position as Assistant Manager
- Age 35 years and above
- Applicant must be willing CO work in Shah Alam and surrounding area
- Have own transport
Other Requirement
- More than 5 years experience in all area of HR
- Up to date with current HR practice, amendment to Employment Act and others
- Legal background would be an advantage
IT EXECUTIVE
Job Description :
- System troubleshooting
- Responsible for installation. configuration. administration and system security of Microsoft Window environment adhering to industry standard system administration techniques and procedure
- Create. update and maintain website and homepage
- Monitor company’s email account
- Advise management on latest hardware and software
- Network administration
- System administration. back-up and security
- Desktop support
- Sourcing. install and maintain at ICT equipment hardware and software
- Liaise with computer vendors
Essential Qualification And Requirement
- Degree in IT or Multimedia or Computer Science
- Minimum 3 years experience as System Administrator
- Age 25 years and above
- Must work independently

Quantity Surveyor
Job Description :
- Responsible for pre and post contract management variation order, site valuation, cost estimation and other contractual issue
- Prepare tender costing and tender documentation eg: Bill Of Quantity
- Site measurement and valuation of variations
Essential Qualification And Requirement
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- 2 years of relevant working experience in related field
- Age 25 to 36 years
- Applicant must be willing to work in Shah Alam and surrounding area
- Have own transport
