CALL CENTRE SUPERVISOR / CALL CENTRE CLERK
Responsibilities:
- To handle customer’s enquiry and other related matters
- To entertain customers’ complaints
- Provide an accurate, efficient and quality service that exceeds the customer’s expectations
- Provide customer support and assistance
- Good telephone etiquette
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM, STPM or Diploma in any field
- Possess at least 1 year related working experience
- Strong integrity, positive attitude, self-driven and able to work under pressure
- Good Common sense and interpersonal skills
- Possess excellent communication skills both in English and Bahasa Malaysia
