Job Description:
- Promote our ICT rental business to multinational corporations, government agencies, GLCs and others
- Compile financial data and market information to facilitate credit analysis
- Achieve sales target assigned, via new clients’ acquisition, development of specific relationship and fostering of existing businesses
- Communicate and negotiate with prospective clients to structure proposals
- Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in the field of Business Studies / Finance / Accountancy / Banking / Marketing or equivalent
- Strong and effective communication and negotiation skills
- Good understanding of financial analysis and credit principles
- Strong interpersonal and computer skills are essential
- A team player who is, energetic, aggressive and results driven
- Possess own transport and willing to travel
- In addition to the above, applicants for the position of Senior Officer, must have a minimum of 3 years working experience in credit evaluation and marketing
3. Officer, Asset Management (Location: Petaling Jaya)
Job Description :
- Ensure expiry and termination of rental services are handled as per deadline
- Communicate and negotiate with prospective clients on end of rental options
- Compile relevant documents to facilitate submission for approval and execution
- Requirements :
- Minimum Degree holder. Consideration will be given for Diploma holders with experience
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia
4. Clerk, Documentation & Operations (Location: Petaling Jaya)
Job Description :
- Assist with day-to-day office administration and operational matters
- Attend to external phone calls and visitors
- Assist with document generation and follow-up with pending matters
- Perform data entry and other general duties
- Requirements :
- Minimum SPM
- Computer literate and well versed with MS Word and MS Excel
- Good communication skills especially in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Pleasant personality with good telephone etiquette
