CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER (To be based in Europe)
Top financial position of business units in Europe. The Group provides annual remuneration Package of up to RM800,000 equivalent.
Responsibilities:
- Oversees all company accounting practices, including accounting departments,preparing budgets, financial reports, tax and audit functions
- Directs financial strategy, planning and forecasts, conferring with president, head of sales and department heads
- Supervises investment and raising of funds for business
- Studies, analyzes and reports on trends, opportunities for expansion and projection of future company growth
Requirements:
- Bachelors/ Master Degree at an accredited college or university and/or professional qualification in accounting / finance
- At least fifteen years working experience in related field
- Willing to travel and relocated
FINANCIAL CONTROLLERS (To be based in Europe)
Responsible for financial controlling of the Group’s operations in Europe. Provide support and coordinate business planning, budgeting and controlling. The Group provides annual remuneration package of up to RM300,000 equivalent.
Responsibilities:
- Create, coordinate, and evaluate financial programs and supporting information systems of the Group which include budgeting, tax planning, working capital and cash flow management
- Plan and coordinate changes and improvements in automated financial and operational management information systems
- Ensure compliance with local and group reporting requirements.
- Coordinate the preparation of financial reports, analysis, feasibility studies etc
- Develop and implement finance, accounting, controlling procedures.
- Interact with other managers to provide consultative support to planning initiatives through financial and management information analysis, reports, and recommendations
Requirements:
- Bachelors / Master degree at an accredited college or university and/or professional qualification in accounting / finance
- At least eight years working experience in related field
- Willing to travel and relocated
