R&D Engineers (Hardware or Firmware)
Responsibilities :
- Participate in pre-design work eg. feasibility study, conceptual design, specification drafting, etc.
- Design electronic circuit schematics and Printed Circuit Boards.
- Design embedded firmware by using either low level or high level programming languages.
- Source parts/components and build prototype circuits for testing.
- Perform comprehensive tests on prototype, trouble shoot and continuously refine designs.
- Work closely with system or software engineers, if required.
- Maintain complete documentation of all processes involved in the product development cycle.
- Provide product briefing and technical support to other departments.
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic)or (Telecommunication)
- Programming on Assembly Language, DSP and C/C++
- Analogue and Digital knowledge.
- Able to work on tight schedule.
