1. Human Resource And Administration Executive
Responsibilities:
- Performs full complement of Human Resources duties including payroll processing, participates in office training and operations, and day to day operational supports.
- Performs company and general back office administration duties including all kinds of Business Licensing, Insurance Claims, requisition of stationeries, to follow-up and update on the tenancy agreement, rental collection, general office maintainance, company vehicle maintainance, renew road tax, office cleanlines, filling and other administration tasks.
- Build employee database into HR system and ensure database accuracy for training records, leave records, appraisal etc. and for any computerization projects.
- Prepares HR related correspondence and documentation with careful attention to both legal requirements and appropriate HR practice.
- Assist in staff turnover analysis, organization chart updates, manpower movement and monthly reports.
- Assist in administering recruitment, interview, orientations, promotion, disciplinary and separation process.
- In-charge of renewing working permit for all expatriates and liaise with the immigration office.
- Manage staff expenses claim.
- To perform other related duties as assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma in any discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in HR and Admin or similar capacity.
- Computerized and Manual payroll processing experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, statistical and analytical skills.
- Pleasant personality, good interpersonal skills, diligent, meticulous, positive work attitude and willing to learn.
