In line with our expansion, we are looking for suitable candidates to join us for the position of: Operation Assistant (Haulage Department)

Post acquired based in Shah Alam, Jalan Bukit Kemuning.

Operation Assistant (Haulier)



Requirements :

• Able to works with all level of personnel in order to ensure that they can be delivery on time as per schedule. To ensure smooth and timely receiving of shipments, updating systems, arrange pickups and document preparation.
• Responsible to arrange shipment and to prepare all import & export shipping documentations such as B/L, C/N, others related documents
• At least 1year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
• Preferably chinese.
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.  
• Strong leadership and management skills, able to work independently, highly motivated, able to multi-task and teamwork oriented.
• Hardworking and has a positive working attitude.  
• Able to communicate well with people at different levels in the organization.
• Able to follow-up with a sense or urgency to meet deadlines.
• Able to work under pressure.
