Two (2) Position available for project located at Kerteh, Terengganu and Langkawi,Kedah.
Responsibilities:
- will be reporting to the Resident Engineer for daily job functions, mainly in civil and structural engineering works.
- To assist Resident Engineer to organize, followup and attend to all project site activities, so that time, cost, quality and safety aspects of the objectives are met.
Requirements:
- Possess a Diploma in Civil & Structural Engineering.
- Minimum 35 years relevant working experience in site supervision of residential or commercial property development.
- Ability to liaise with authorities, consultants and contractors is an added advantage.
- Good Communication skills, assertive & possess initiative.
2.Resident Engineer
Two (2) Position available for project located at Kerteh, Terengganu and Langkawi,Kedah.
Responsibilities:
- To lead a team of clerkofwork and Quantity Surveyor.
- To supervise construction works at site and to ensure project is constructed in accordance to approved drawings and specification.
- To monitor, highlight and report on safety issues at the site and also monitor contractor's performance.
- To ensure implementation of quality assurance and testing procedures requirements.
- To verify contractor progress claim and to assist in finalization of accounts.
- To keep a proper site records and to monitor progress of construction works.
- To report to Project Manager/Architect/Engineer on daily construction activities.
Requirements:
- Posses a recognized Degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 510 years of relevant experience in site supervision of infrastructural works, highrise and mixed development project.
3.Project Executive (HQ Shah Alam)
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Project Manager in the daily operation of the projects development.
- Assist in value engineering analysis, project planning and development.
- Liase with Land and District Department, Town and Country Planning Department, Valuation and Property Services Department, Local Authorities, Consultant Firm and other relevant authorities.
- Prepare a report on the development progress, feasibilities study and valuation report.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree, Engineering (Civil), Quantity Survey, Property Development/Real Estate Management, Urban Studies/Town Planning, Construction Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years working experience in similar capacity, preferably with Property Developers or Professional Consultant firms.
- Proficient in computer skills particularly the application of project planning / management software.
- Have a flair for property development, including feasibility studies, value engineering analysis, project management & implementation, construction management, project quality procedures and authorities liaison.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact well with all parties concerned.
4.Quantity Surveyor
Two (2) Position available for project located at Kerteh, Terengganu and Langkawi,Kedah.
Responsibilities:
- Handling and preparing for progress claims and progress payment.
- Possess good understanding of pre and post contracts administration.
- Candidates will have to be responsible and work independently and maintain confidentiality.
- Lead the delivery of accurate, timely and responsive surveying services for each project.
- Measure actual work at site and analyze subcontractor prices.
- Responsible for project progress reports and feedback.
- To undertake any other related jobs directed by the superior from time to time.
- Should be conversant with MS Office, Excel spread sheets and autocad.
- To prepare and monitor procurement of materials.
- Possess team spirit, self motivated, result orientated and proactive persons.
- Feasibility analysis, tender documentation and bill of quantities.
- Forecasting, cost planning and produce monthly reports for clients and company.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Quantity Survey, Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Petroleum/Oil/Gas) or equivalent.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required skill(s): MS Office, MS Project and autocad.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
- Should possess own transport.
