1. Senior Project Manager / Project Manager (Employer Ref. JSPM_0212_M )
- Reporting to the Group Director of Projects, the incumbent will be responsible for the design, construction, cost control, programming and ultimately quality of new hotel and/or renovation projects.
Requirements:
- University degree in architecture, engineering, surveying or construction-related discipline;
- Membership of relevant professional institutions is desirable;
- At least 15 years' experience in managing construction / development projects with substantial and proven track record, experience in hotel projects a must;
- Working knowledge of development process and construction regulations in China;
- Excellent communication, managerial and interpersonal skills;
- Good integrity with hands-on approach;
- Fluent English and Putonghua is a prerequisite;
- Based in Hong Kong with frequent travel to China and other countries.
(Candidate with lesser experience will be considered as Project Manager.)
2. Design Manager (Employer Ref. JDM_0212_M)
- Reporting to the Group Director – Planning & Design, the incumbent will be responsible for architectural and/or interior design, construction, cost control, programming and ultimately the quality of the interior finishes and architectural integrity.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Architectural Studies or related discipline
- Minimum of 7 years relevant experience with proven track record in prestigious hotel projects, either with major consultants or developers
- Excellent communication, managerial and interpersonal skills
- Fluent English is essential & Mandarin is desirable
- Based in Hong Kong and willing to travel as necessary
