The Institute of Internal Auditors Malaysia is a professional body dedicated to the development of the internal audit profession in Malaysia. Established in 1977, we are part of the worldwide body which has more than 160,000 members with representatives from over 165 countries. We invite dynamic, motivated and dedicated individual to fill the following position:
Finance and Admin Manager
Responsibilities :
- Analyze, report and advise on the financial situation of the organisation
- Preparation of financial projections, forecast or budgeting and its strategic plan
- Maintaining, reviewing and implementing the current financial reporting system, risk management and credit control
- Managing company's cash flow, tax compliance, tax planning and treasury
- Update and advise on new development or regulations changes in Malaysia
- Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures and guidelines
- Responsible to ensure that all related HR/admin policies and procedures are properly complied and implemented
- Handling ad-hoc projects or duties when required
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate in Finance/ Accountancy/ Banking or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years working experience preferably with 1-2 years in managerial position
- Familiar with Financial Reporting Standards (FRS)
- Knowledge in UBS Accounting software will be an added advantage
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact with people at all levels
- Possess positive attitude and strong analytical skill
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to work on own initiative in order to complete task
- Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status
- Possess own transport
