GENERAL MANAGER
General Description:
- The General Manager will be based in Kemaman – Malaysia. The incumbent is responsible for independently managing HOERBIGER KT – Malaysia Sdn Bhd, located at Kemaman and its business interests. He will be reporting to Regional Office at Singapore. He will be responsible for Identifying and Developing existing and new businesses. Planning and Achieving HOERBIGER product sales targets, Budgeting, Managing the staff force and their Skills necessary to ensure continual growth of the business. Liaising with Government departments and etc,. The incumbent is an individual with Excellent Technical, Customer Service, Communication and Organizational Skills to achieve company goals and Total Customer Satisfaction.
Work Experience Requirement:
- A minimum of 10 – 15 years related experience in sales and servicing mechanical items to Oil & Gas Industries, out of which at-least five years in senior management level as Sales Manager and etc. Experience in Gas Compressors and knowledge on HOERBIGER products will be an added advantage but not essential.
- Has proven record in sales and market development and leadership skills such as:
- Excellent communication skills to handle direct communications with company staff as well as customers
- Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment
- Excellent technical skills and the ability to use a variety of industry’s hardwares and softwares
- Strategic thinking and ability to propel development and growth in existing and new markets
Education/Professional Certifications Requirements
- Equipped with at least Engineering Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a reputed University
Other Requirements:
- Must be willing to travel with in Malaysia
- Have good computer skills
- Have good written and spoken English skills
